My Therapy Style

In my therapy room, you are invited to come as you are. I believe that therapy is not solely for those struggling with pathology or dysfunction; it is a space for everyone seeking growth and self-awareness.

As you step into the room, I promise to hold a safe and non-judgmental environment, meeting you with compassion exactly where you are in your journey.

I firmly believe that cultivating loving and compassionate relationships with others as well as ourselves, lies at the very core of our overall well-being. Throughout life’s journey, we may encounter traumas and face various challenges, leading to moments of disconnection that brings us further away from a feeling of peaceful grounded-ness and being present in life.

I am dedicated to helping you understand the roots of the patterns that no longer serve you, guiding you through them, and empowering you to build the life you meaningfully envision for yourself. I am committed to journeying with you, accompanying you through the highs and lows, and supporting your path towards authenticity and meaningful connections.
